The equipment is registered in Main Patent Office at the number P372085. Biocomposter type 16 is manufactured by PWO Ekobud Ltd in Wloclawek and it is used for utilization of:
Biocomposter can be used to destroy organic fraction from mixed wastes.
The high quality compost is manufactured during biostabilization process and its composition depends on the charge. The high quality compost can be successfully used in gardens, or as an inert product , which can be used for example to cover landfill. Biocomposter is a mobile, fully automatic device. It can be installed on the opened area. Any foundations are not necessary. It can be installed on perfectly levelled cement blocks. The main charge of biocomposter are sludges from water treatment plant or slaughter wastes. The other raw materials can be charged dependently on the season and availability like paper, dry leafs, bark, crushed branches, sawdust, grass, vegetables-fruits wastes and household waste. The main reason to use the a/m wastes are to make possible air penetration to whole charge and it gives the proper ratio of carbon to nitrogen. REMARKS: The final product of process - high quality compost or inert product, in order to obtain the uniform structure, it may be transported to small mechanically driven crusher, which processed it to powder form. Chemical, microbiological and parasitological tests have been conducted. The tests have been done to prove usefulness of final product for farms and gardens. The following certificates have been issued:
Certificate nr 1/01/2006/EKOBUD Sp. z o.o. Modzerowo, which admit final product manufactured in composter type 16 from slaughter wastes of II and III category, sediments and sawdust, for use in farms, in order to improve physical and chemical properties of soil.
As a complete system we deliver with biocomposter charging and discharging conveyor as well. We offer also the crusher of organic mass for interested customers.
